ABOUT

In an effort to tell the many stories of Airbnb hosting, our agile team of freelance creatives built out 2 films, 9 photoshoots and 3 landing pages over the course of three months. 

Working in tandem with photo lead Jennifer O’Keefe, we composed a matrix of images for each host resource landing page, taking in consideration: context of the relating blog posts, balance of new + archival imagery, combination of candid and portraiture, action being performed, demographic and location.

Stylistically, we also needed to consider lighting, composition, expression and a consistent color story. Lastly, we were challenged by weaving together a consistent tone by grouping images shot on both film and digital, by 10+ photographers, at different times and locations.
